Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 14 days. So you have 14 days from the day you received your order till you can get it back in the mail and email us the tracking number. If more than 14 days have gone by since the time you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your return. In addition items must be unused and returned with original packaging for full refund.
Any product that you return must be in the condition that you received it. However, if your product is not functioning as it should, we can inspect for replacement. We will not accept items that look used or worn – this is up to our discretion. Items received in poor condition will be refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item – shipping fees non-refundable. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, or a refund. Please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return if you are exchanging. All sale items are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we received your item, and whether we approve, or deny your request.
